تعزيز جسور التعاون بين الأردن ونيجيريا: الدكتورة شنكول قادر تزور القائم بالأعمال في السفارة النيجيرية بعمّان
في إطار جهود جمعية الإخاء الأردنية العراقية لتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي والدولي، زارت الدكتورة شنكول قادر، رئيسة الجمعية ورئيسة مجموعة بانوس، سعادة السيد أدامو سيدو ناماسكا، القائم بالأعمال بالإنابة في سفارة جمهورية نيجيريا الاتحادية في عمّان.
وخلال اللقاء، أكدت الدكتورة شنكول على عمق العلاقات الصديقة التي تجمع بين الأردن ونيجيريا، مشيرة إلى أهمية تطوير قنوات التواصل بين مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في البلدين لما لذلك من دور في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المستدامة.
من جانبه، رحب سعادة السيد ناماسكا بزيارة الدكتورة شنكول، معربًا عن تقديره لجهود الجمعية في بناء جسور التعاون والتفاهم بين الشعوب، ومؤكدًا اهتمام السفارة بتوسيع آفاق الشراكة مع الجمعية في مجالات متعددة.
كما تم خلال اللقاء بحث سبل تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي بين القطاعين الأهلي والخاص، وتشجيع تبادل الزيارات والخبرات، وتنظيم زيارة لوفد من الجمعية إلى جمهورية نيجيريا للاطلاع على التجارب التنموية والاستثمارية في مختلف المجالات والزراعة المستدامة وبحث فرص التعاون المستقبلي.
وفي ختام اللقاء، عبّرت الدكتورة شنكول عن شكرها لسعادة القائم بالأعمال على حفاوة الاستقبال، مؤكدة حرص الجمعية على مواصلة العمل المشترك بما يخدم أهداف التنمية المستدامة ويعزز العلاقات بين الشعبين الأردني والنيجيري.
Strengthening Bridges of Cooperation between Jordan and Nigeria: Dr. Shangul Qader Visits the Chargé d’Affaires of the Nigerian Embassy in Amman
As part of the Jordanian-Iraqi Amity Association’s ongoing efforts to enhance regional and international cooperation, Dr. Shangul Qader, President of the Jordanian-Iraqi Amity Association and Chairperson of Panos Group, paid a visit to H.E. Mr. Adamu Saidu Namaska, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Amman.
During the meeting, Dr. Qader emphasized the depth of the friendly relations between Jordan and Nigeria, highlighting the importance of fostering stronger communication channels between civil society organizations in both countries to support sustainable economic and social development.
For his part, H.E. Mr. Namaska welcomed Dr. Qader’s visit, expressing his appreciation for the Association’s role in building bridges of understanding and cooperation between nations, and reaffirming the Embassy’s interest in expanding areas of partnership with the Association.
The discussion also touched on ways to strengthen economic cooperation between the private and civil sectors, encourage the exchange of visits and expertise, and explore the possibility of arranging a delegation visit from the Association to Nigeria to learn from the country’s developmental and investment experiences and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Qader expressed her gratitude to H.E. Mr. Namaska for his warm reception, reaffirming the Association’s commitment to continued cooperation in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to strengthening the friendship between the Jordanian and Nigerian peoples.
